We have 2-plans. A Lead Generation Plan and a Nurturing and Conversion Plan.
Lead Generation Plan:
You’ll receive all lead information in one centralized location—either in a Google Sheet or directly in your CRM—with full real-time access & visibility.
Once a lead is acquired, we set up an automated trigger that prompts the prospect to take a next step, most often through emails or text (for example, booking a 15-minute intro consult via email). From a lead generation perspective, that’s where our role ends. The effectiveness of your call-to-action (or your offer)—and the perceived value it offers—will largely determine how many leads move further into your funnel. And ultimately, the quality of the session you deliver will influence whether that lead becomes a paying client.
The Lead Generation plan does include a conversion call-to-action, so it's a full-cycle solution, but it does not include an ongoing nurturing process with new initiatives to perpetually try to convert those leads.
Nurturing and Conversion Plan:
Most leads won’t convert right away—but that doesn’t mean they’re lost.This plan is designed to consistently nurture non-converting leads over time, keeping your firm top-of-mind until they’re ready to take action. Through automated sequences with strategic call-to-actions, we keep leads engaged and move them closer to conversion at the right stage in their journey.It’s an ongoing system that builds trust, maintains relevance, and ensures no opportunity is left behind.
