Effective Date: April 19, 2025
FirmFunnel Inc. (“FirmFunnel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect the personal information of individuals and law firms in connection with our lead generation services.
By accessing or using our website, services, or platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Applicability
This policy applies to all users of FirmFunnel’s services, including law firm clients, prospective clients (leads), website visitors, and any individuals whose information may be processed as part of our lead generation activities.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
A. Information Provided by You

- Full name, email address, phone number
- Law firm name, website, location, and other business details
- User credentials (if you create an account)
- Information submitted via contact forms, onboarding, surveys, or demos
B. Lead Data
As a lead generation company, we may collect or process information about prospective clients (“Leads”) on behalf of law firms, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, geographic area
- Legal needs or practice area of interest
- Time of inquiry or request
Note: This information is never sold or shared between law firms and is provided exclusively to the firm for whom the lead was generated.
C. Automatically Collected Information
We use cookies and other technologies to collect:
- Device information, IP address, browser type
- Usage metrics, pages visited, time on site, and referral sources
- Interactions with emails and forms
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To deliver lead generation and marketing services to your law firm
- To match and route leads directly and exclusively to your law firm
- To analyze and optimize our platform’s performance and conversion rates
- To send service-related communications and relevant updates
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and ensure legal compliance
4. Our Commitment to Data Exclusivity
FirmFunnel does not intentionally share or redistribute leads generated through one firm's marketing initiatives with any other law firm. Each lead we generate is routed to the firm based on the campaign that originated it.
However, due to the nature of online advertising, search behavior, and inbound demand, it is possible that multiple firms may receive inquiries from the same individual if that person independently interacts with multiple campaigns or advertisements. In such cases, FirmFunnel has not intentionally duplicated or distributed the lead—these are independent user-driven actions.
We take reasonable steps to ensure campaign segmentation and proper tracking, but we cannot guarantee that a lead will not appear in multiple funnels due to user behavior beyond our control.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We only disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., CRM platforms, analytics services, payment processors) solely to help us operate our services. These vendors are contractually bound to protect your information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose personal information where required by law, court order, or to comply with legal obligations.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred, subject to the protections outlined in this policy.
6. Data Security
We employ physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your data, including but not limited to:
- Encrypted storage and data transfer
- Access control and user authentication
- Regular platform audits and vulnerability checks
Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain data:
- As long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected
- To comply with legal, contractual, or regulatory obligations
- For historical reporting and account servicing (unless deletion is requested)
