Welcome to FirmFunnel! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for using our services. By accessing or using any part of FirmFunnel’s platform, website, or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Our Services

FirmFunnel provides lead generation and digital marketing services tailored to law firms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Landing pages and funnel systems
• Online advertising and campaign management
• CRM integration
• Lead tracking and performance reporting

We do not offer legal services or legal advice.

2. Your Responsibilities

To work with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely business information
• Use leads ethically and in accordance with privacy laws
• Engage with leads professionally and follow up promptly
• Avoid reselling, reusing, or misusing lead data

3. Lead Ownership and Delivery

FirmFunnel does not intentionally share leads between law firms. However, due to independent user actions, the same lead may engage with more than one campaign. We route each lead according to campaign intent but cannot guarantee exclusivity.

4. Payment Terms

• Service fees are billed monthly or as per agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

All marketing systems, templates, workflows, and code developed by FirmFunnel remain our property.

You retain rights to your own brand materials and content provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

Any business, strategic, or lead data shared between us is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, unless required by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel services with written notice, as defined in your service agreement.
FirmFunnel may suspend or terminate service for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Misuse of services or platform

Upon termination, access to lead systems and campaign tools may be disabled.

8. No Guarantees

While we aim to deliver high-performing campaigns, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads or conversions. Market variables, competition, and budget impact results.

9. Limitation of Liability

FirmFunnel is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or client disputes arising from use of our platform or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before any claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
